Terrible picture on Now TV sports pass

Trying to watch Huddersfield v Leeds on Sky Sports 2. Can't believe I've paid £7 for this picture quality, like the worse pirate stream ever, could be anyone playing for all I can tell.

 

Watching via Sky fibreoptic broadband and a Roku 3 box. Both working fine with other channels.

 

What's the deal and how do I get my money back?

I'm trying to watch the same game -although from 150mb virgin media here on a decent laptop. Would also like a refund

First time i've bought a sports pass and to say i'm shocked at the picture quality is a understatement, on a par with a dodgy internet stream, please tell me it isn't always like this or you won't be seeing my cash again.

Totally agree. If I pay 6.99 I expect at least full HD. Not even up to SD quality is not good enough. It's like they deliberately make it ###### so you go and get Sky.

Intermittent picture kept pausing on all 3 of my devices on Virgin 150 Now TV Smart box Apple TV and pc, tried wired and wireless on Sky Sports 1 and 2.

Being like this a few weeks now for me.

Entertainment channels and catch up tv have been fine on Sky Smart box, its just live sport has an issue.

Will this be sorted, i notice there are other threads complaining about shoddy pictures but there seems to be no real response, i certainly wont be purchasing a sports pass again until i know for sure its ok.
