Any message comes up on screen when you try to apply the voucher code in the box ?
I am guessing you have tried going to the nowtv website with different internet browsers and going into My Account > My Passes and applying the voucher code next to the one month sports pass, where i am assuming you are not on any current sports pass offer more than 30 days remaining ?
Have you tried applying the voucher code directly on the smart stick by going into the nowtv App under My Account ?
