I cannot confirm booking to complete payment. I'm an existing customer who has never has this problem before.
I use windows 7 and have up to date firefox.
I have contacted live chat 3 times now and they have been unable to help.
Anyone know what's wrong?

I just spoke to someone in live chat. They said they're having problems and thanked me for my patience...
I thought he was about to suggest a solution and then he apologized for the inconvenience and ended the chat!
Not really much help. I've tried to start a new chat and see that I am 46th in the queue, so this must be a pretty popular problem....

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We did have a problem with playout on mobile devices om Friday evening, however you should have been able to view via your browser.
Did you get any error messages ?

Very sorry for the delay.
Our server was working slow on this day due to the high demand of purchasing.
