Sports day pass - cannot complete booking

I cannot confirm booking to complete payment.  I'm an existing customer who has never has this problem before.

I use windows 7 and have up to date firefox.

I have contacted live chat 3 times now and they have been unable to help.

Anyone know what's wrong?

I'm having the exact same problem. The help-chat told me to try different browsers but nothing's working. I've tried changing my payment details, but the system won't accept the change!

This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried for the game on Sunday too and it didn't work. My payment details definitely work as they're the same I've been using to pay for my standard Now TV account for months.

Still not working. I concur - this is 'definitely not good enough'. So, if I try again in 10 mins time and am successful, will I get a refund for the 20 mins of the match I have missed? For those interested, the score is 0-0 (c/o William Hill Live Streaming.....)
