If you never watched the pass it will still be in your account for up to a year to watch in another occasion should you wish (you can verify its still available from your My Account > My Passes page) but if you bought it specifically for that one game and didn't get to watch then try popping onto live chat, explaining what's happened and see what they can do for you.
