Skysports Pass - 'error loading content'

Now TV entertainment working ok, great picture, via Apple TV.  Bought 1 week sports pass. Sports channel loads and plays but after 10 minutes get blank screen with message 'error loading content'. If I go back to main menu and select Sky Sports 1 it loads and plays for 10 minutes then get message again.   Don't understand what's happening cause Now TV entertainment perfect.

Hi Charlie1010, your problem with Sky Sports on Apple TV is being experienced by a number of us - have a look at the Apple forum pages on this site and you will see others have posted similar problems. Suggest you raise complaint via the Now TV live chat or via email as this will help to raise the profile of this problem. Thanks for posting.
