Sky sports week pass

Hi. I sighed up for this a couple of hours ago but it's now working when we go into sky sports at home. Any idea what may be wrong here ?

@Anonymous User Now won't work via a Sky box or Virgin TiVo. Sports won't work via a Youview box.
