I have gone to cancel my monthly sports pass was given an option of reduced fees for 3 months clicked on offer and had confirmation. But now had e mail saying cancelled! I have tried emailing n live chat with now tv but cannot get through. Anyone had the same issue?

Welcome to the forum. Live chat's usually the best way of getting those sort of issue sorted , it's working for me so might be worth trying a different browser and/or device (eg try on phone or tablet instead of PC or vice versa, if using PC try a different browser, make sure any adblocking plugins are turned off). Alternately you can try the send a message option if that works better for you.
