Sky sports action and football will not work

Hi, I couldn't be more disappointed. I purchased a week sky sports pass in order to watch the football tonight and boxing Sunday morning. On channels football and action and low and behold, the 2 channels not working. This is a complete joke. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Has this been resolved yet? I have a now tv stick and the 2channela main event and football dont load despite the other sports channels loading fine.

update: i have talk talk broadband but when i went to try my nowtv stick at a mates with different broadband supplier the channels loaded fine! Now how is this even possible? Help
