Sky sport day pass

I brought a sports day pass to watch the Arsenal V Man Utd match and a few times the quality of the screen was bad and i checked my internet and that was fine and i checked the connections and they were fine, was just a bit disappointed as you pay £6.99 to watch a clear screen and this happens, would not complain if i had stremed it from someone else, but as now tv is owned by Sky TV, not happy.

As you may or may not be aware it's possible to access the NOW TV service using a variety of devices. Unfortunately you did not say what type of device you were using?
