I hope so. £34 is too much.

Starting price on Sky seems to be about £18/month for one channel.  I suspect it would be similar on Now TV.  Can't imagine it would be any lower than £15/month.

Will make the passes on Now TV complex.  If they allow mix and match there would be 100s of combinations.

Rebranding to start on Tuesday 18th July.  Up to that point shows are on a particular channel, but after that just Sky Sports.

It says....

Sky Sports | Introducing the new Sky Sports

  • Sky Sports customers don’t need to do anything, the change will happen automatically
  • A new Main Event channel dedicated to the biggest live events from across our channels - available to customers with the full range of Sky Sports channels

So yes they will be on Now TV

But not sure if they all will be (assuming Mix is included in the 10)

  1. Sky Sports Main Event – Channel 401
  2. Sky Sports Premier League – Channel 402
  3. Sky Sports Football - Channel 403
  4. Sky Sports Cricket - Channel 404
  5. Sky Sports Golf – Channel 405
  6. Sky Sports F1 – Channel 406
  7. Sky Sports Action - Channel 407

I'm wondering how the new channel line up and price structure will affect now tv pricing

Was just about to post asking the same thing. Would be nice to know if with the new structure, we can just get passes for certain channels.

I only really watch the football, so a pass for just the new Premier league channel and Sky Sports Football at a reduced price would be great for me.

I suspect that things will stay the same for NOW TV. They already offer a day pass for all sports channels for £6.99, so I can't imagine they'll do anything cheaper than that.

Most likely it won't.   Day and week passes should be the same as there are plenty out there with nigh on a year to run.  There is the possibility of a single channel monthly pass, but if there is that would mean up to 7 extra passes, giving Now TV 13 different passes.

I suspect Now TV will remain the same for the time being to avoid the complexity, but I could be wrong.  Will see next week.
