A few questions on the above (a phone number would have been good to allow me to call which would reduce my wasted time but appreciate it is more efficient for Now TV):

I subscribed to the sports package recently but haven't yet received a confirmation email-when will it come through?

I intend to watch the Lions tests on my LG tv and suspect I need a password-when will that come through?

If I am unsatisfied with the service what is my course of action? i.e. greivance procedure?

Not sure when this £15 Sports Pass offer was available for ?

Perhaps the offer has expired ?

Thanks, this is the frustration as the offer hasn't got any timelines shown on it (ie. 'offer only redeemable today...'), but it seems you might be right that it was only for yesterday!!

Ended midnight last night, but there are emails with the same offer expiring on 28 June.  May be another next week.

paid for a sky sports pass today and every time i click on the 'activate pass' it takes me straight back to the channel menu. how do i resolve this issue?
