Sky Sports Day Pass won’t activate - refund required

Bought a Sky Sports Day Pass but it won’t activate when I try and watch through the iPhone app. All I can access is Sky Sports News.

I only bought it to watch the Grand Prix and now I’ve missed the first 20 mins. How do I get a refund?
