Since the 15th september. I still cant activate my month free sky sports month pass, I've tried using internet explorer and fire fox, I've even deleted my brower history and cookies, What is going on with your site?? Before you ask.. Yes I am typing the voucher code into the month and not day or week. It's coming up to 5 days now, £34.99 totally wasted!! Is anyone else having the same trouble.

Can you try these handy steps?
1. Go to NOWTV.com from your Internet Browser.
2. Click "My Account" in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click "My Passes" from the drop down list.
4. Under the relevant pass, click "Apply Voucher".

Hi Rob, Thats what ive been doing since 15th of september. I've even tried the pass on multiply computers using internet explorer, chrome and firefox and the same result occurs. I've even tried buying the sports pass hoping that would work but with no luck. The same message pops up.

Ultimately... What's the make and model number of the device(s) you're intending to use to access and play NOW TV content?
[ie: a NOW TV 'black' box, a NOW TV 'white' box or a NOW TV 'Smart' box. Or a 'Games Console' of some type, a 'Set Top Box' of some type, a 'Smartphone' of some type, a 'Tablet' of some type, a 'Windows PC', a 'Mac' computer or another type of device]
Have you tried speaking to nowtv live chat, it sounds like you are struggling big time, perhaps live chat can apply the free one month sports pass on your behalf to your username account.

Did you ever get this sorted? As I am experiencing exactly the same thing and am being told it is my computer. I have had two friends try on their phones using different browsers and the same message. Ryder Cup will be over before I see any of it.
Hi CaseyB, I was on for an hour to them earlier, am just in the queue again. As they said it was my computer but it seems other people have had the same problem and I have applied vouchers before on this computer. So annoying!
