Hi,
I have just purchased a sports day pass and cannot watch anything due to the fact that:
1. You require a dedicated iPlayer. (What is the point?)
2. Said iPlayer will not work on a Linux OS
3. There is no NowTV app on Amazon firestick.
Maybe a list of technical requirements along the way as people attempt to purchase or are you just hoping people will give up trying to get the money back as you have no contact facilities open?
Please refund my money asap.
