Re: poor picture quality on all sports and entertainment channels

just got now tv box, and sports pass, all setup but how do i watch sports now, it says app store unavailable so im left with all 4 and thats it, whats going on i'm missing the footie

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Once your NOW TV account has been set-up and your 'Sports' service pass has been activated. All you have to do is: -

 

  • Click on the 'NOW TV' button (bottom left) on your remote control
  • Navigate to and select 'Sports' (highlighted in blue)
  • Navigate to and select the required 'Sky Sports' channel
