Hi. I purchased a Sky Sports Day Pass but it would appear I've been charged twice for it according to my bank statement. I have tried without success to contact the NOWTV customer service team to resolve this issue as the 'get in touch' option is no responding. I cannot find a phone number to contact anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do please?

My problem has been resolved now. I spoke to someone through your live chat option. Must say I am somewhat disappointed that I send a couple of messages and received no reply. Not the best way to deal with your customers.
