NowTv worst customer service i've ever seen.

Spent 3/4 hours of my time speaking to people on the chat who don't understand my problem and then say it will be escalated, but still nobody replies. It has been 48 hours since my case was taken up, and no one has replied.

 

Happy to take my money, not happy to email me back. If i didn't answer an email complaint within 48 hours at work i'd be slaughtered. Will anyone respond to this i wonder......?

@Anonymous User if you advise what the problem is, unless it's account related, some one on here might be able to steer you in the right direction. You are most likely aware this is a public forum so we don't actually know what has occurred specifically with yourself.
