Now TV Sky Sport 1 month pass

Apologies if this has been asked before but I bought a NOWTV box yesterday (18/04/16) with a 1 month free Sky Sport pass.  When I enter in the code I keep getting 

"It looks like the code you've entered isn't valid. If you have a voucher try .............,"

I have tried several ways of putting the code in but keep getting this message.  Can anyone help please.

Have a read of the help guide article linked below, if this is no help then your best bet is to jump across to live chat and speak to an advisor.

Open the above page, click on the "contact us" in the green box, this will take you to a secondary page where there is an option for live chat.

Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.

Thanks for that.

I saw the "Code not Valid" help last night and it concerned me that the shop could still be selling these with packages which are no longer valid - you pay the extra for these.  I hope that's not the case.  I'll try the live chat.
