Now TV player is useless and unwatchable. I ave lost £12.99 with no way of getting a refund. Total Rip-off by Sky.
I have used Now tv before using Silverlight and had few problems. Last night I bought a sports week pass and when I activated it I was forced to use Now TV Player, even though I still have Silverlight. The Player is totally blurred and buffering badly. Sound is stuttering. it is totally unwatchable, but there is no way to get refunded or to speak to someone about this. Only way forward is to post here and anywhere else so I can to warn people not to use and possibly prompt some Now TV bod to respond. Total miss sell by Sky. Disgrace and tantamount to criminal.
