OK - after paying to watch NFL superbowl highlights (yes a recording). Very disappointed. After having success for over 18 months using Netflix, NowTV, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer on multiple TVs in parallel. For some reason tonight Sky's Now TV Sports Channels (charged at a premium) cannot work when I go round the house and un plug all other devices. So with no contention Now TV sports doesn't work. 2 hrs and more than 20 times I had to press the back button to get the TV to work. Face it - your offering is bad, your technology is sub-standard and you should not be charging for it. I expect a refund. Quite frankly if I don't get it I will be cancelling my now TV subscription completely...and no I won't be coming back. Poor performance. Poor customer service. No excuses. Refund please.

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,
For security reasons all 'account' related issues (such as, refunds), are subject to the Data Protection Act, which means it's more appropriate for you to contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Email' and make a 'direct request' to them rather than requesting them (or somebody who may be posing as them) to contact you!
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
Cheers
