Joshua fight help

Does anybody know if I can order the Joshua fight using the IOS now tv app and cast it to my tv using chromecast? Sorry new to this thanks

Welcome to the forum. You can't order from NOW TV, it's a separate service so you order direct from their website and then download the Sky Box Office app on your iOS device to watch (or use aNOW TV box/stick or PC/Mac). More details here

Pretty sure the iOSmapp doesn't support Chromecast but if you want to be absolutely sure try emailing them on skyboxofficesupport 'at' neulion.com

Hi I have bought the big fight bundle for a month and it includes Anthony Joshua fight. I have not had an email with the promotional code for the fight yet. Is this usually sent on the fight day?

Welcome to the forum. The code for the fight should come in a separate email. The offer email mentioned you should get it by 5pm on the day of the fight although this help page says you should get it before the 31st.

Keep checking your junk/spam folder in case it ends up in there, however if you're concerned about the code not arriving pop onto live chat and have a word. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

Hi again. Do I have to have a sign in account with sky to use the box office app?

@Anonymous User To order the fight you need to create an account on the Sky Box Office website and then use that to sign into the Box Office app or website to watch. You can watch on the Box Office app on a NOW TV box/stick or iOS/Android tablet/phone or on the website with a PC/Mac.

I have the same problem. A code which appeared with the offer does not work. No e-mail from Sky and no other info. If you log on to Sky Box Office you have to pay £19.95 when you should get it free. Perhaps someone from Now TV will provide the answer!

I am still waiting for my code and it’s getting close to 5pm. When I paid for this on 4th March I am not sure why it should be left to the last minute to send me a code.

According to the offer email it could take up to 5pm today for the code to arrive, although if it was me I'd be going onto live chat now.
