Can you tell us a little more? -
What device are you using and what Os and version are you running?
If on a PC what browser are you using?
Is there anything connected like a TV/ Sound system or a secondary monitor?

I have a valid Sports subscription. My login is accepted, but I get error T6030 when I try to connect to a Sky channel. I am using Internet Explorer and Windows 10.
