Welcome to the forum.
The sports passes only allow you to watch the sports channels live. Unfortunately you can't download to watch later, and there is no on-demand or red button facility. If you aren't able to watch live the best you can do is to watch the highlights shows, or save your pass for another time when you are able to watch live.
