Extremely blurry Sky Sports 1

Iv just purchased a Sky Sports Daily Pass. The Sky Sports Channels are extremely blurry, keep pausing and loading.

Iv switched the TV, Now Tv & Router off and on.

Is there a reason for this extremely poor quality?

I think it was 2 to Man U.

I couldn't see the score properly. It was so blurry!

I didn't manage to see the end 😞

• What's the make and model number of the device you're using to view the NOW TV service?
• How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Hi there

I have the model 1MH381002362 and runs from a wireless router. Was unable
to purchase the sky sports day pass for the Manchester United game due to
technical difficulties. I did try also through the app and the internet to
no avail. This is not the first time I have experienced this.

Sorry, I have no idea what that is!

Do you have say: a NOW TV 'black', a NOW TV 'white' or a NOW TV 'Smart' box. Or do you have a 'Games Console' of some type, a 'Set Top Box' of some type, a 'Smartphone' of some type, a 'Tablet' of some type, a 'Windows PC', a 'Mac' computer, etc...

I have a small black Now TV Box and it is connected via the WIFI.

I payed for the pass that was unusable.

Will Now Tv provide me with a refund of another 24 Sports TV pass?

Is this happening on all the Sports Channel? How far is yor router from the device you are watching the Sports on?

My router is downstairs and my Now TV Box is upstairs. We tried all Sky Sports Channels. 

I was watching the Film channel last night and that was blurry too.

What's the picture quality like when watching content on apps such has the BBC IPlayer etc ?
