Box office ad breaks

Hi, using the now tv box office app.

 

When there is a break it just goes to this screem 9sorry we are taking an ad break).

 

This has never happened before on the many previous box office/now tv shows i watched.

 

Is there any way to turn on the ads? its very annoying to be greeted with this complete silence every few minutes.

This is the first time I've ordered a fight and watched on a Now TV box - and I don't understand why there has to be a prominent graphic displayed in the bottom left of the screen. Can't it made smaller? I find it really distracting.

That graphic is always there, not sure why perhaps to try and stop people streaming the feed.

 

Sometimes random numbers appear on the screen which is also annoying.

It's like having your tv turn itself off after every round. Someone was actually PAID to make this decision, pathetic, last time I pay for box office.
