Welcome to the forum. Day passes don't renew so they don't need cancelling and you won't be charged again.

To cancel any month passes which do auto-renew you need to go to your My Account > My Passes page where you'll see any monthly passes you have with a cancel button next to each one.

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

If you're sure you didn't purchase a month pass pop onto live chat and see if they are able to refund you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

http://https://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/how-do-i-cancel-now-tv

However are you sure you didn't take up the offer on the nowtv.com/offers page for a free entertainment pass with any sports pass purchase? That might explain what's happened.

A quick question, when you go to My Account then select view My Bills on the drop down menu does it show the payment taken for the £6.99 Entertainment pass by NowTV.

If there is no indication of payment taken under view My Bills, have you used any other usernames previously and checked them also to see if there an active pass which needs cancelling ?

Just a thought.

Schnapps, you're dead right !  There is no payment taken and neither shown are further day pass charges. I also anyway ascertained fron Chatline that the email mentioning a further charge today was a technical glitch as no actual payment has been taken. The entertainment pass is on free 14 day trial and can be cancelled any time.

Thanks very much for your help and interest shown.
