I pay my money. I switch on Now TV. It works for half an hour. It goes off with an error message -1.
Comfortingly, the screen says Now TV are working on the problem.
I come online and try messaging and the Chatline.
Nobody answers but, comfortingly, they tell me they are on their way.
I'm sitting here an hour later and nothing else has happened.
This is not the first time.
Am I the only one who they won't talk to?
