Am I being daft?

I bought a weekly pass yesterday to watch a game and I turn on this evening expecting to just turn on, like netflix, but when I sign in and click the game it takes me to a screen selling weekly passes, which I already have.  Whyis it doing this and how do I log in?

@Anonymous User Hello 🙂

This usually happens when signed into the wrong account. If you have more than one account, make sure you are signed in to the correct one with the pass.

 

If you have only one account, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and from the drop down list, click on "my passes."

 

What do you see under the sports pass section? 🙂
