Welcome to the forum.

 

The NOW TV team are aware of some problems with activating week passes. If that applies to you have a word with live chat to see if they can help.

 

To get there go to the following help page

http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above

and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Live Chat option on the following page.

can't watch tv atall. as my account not activated.. how do I do that.. on Samsung tv

Have you signed in with your username @Anonymous User ?

 

If your still getting that message can you use a PC or Mac (using Firefox) and play something for a few moments.

 

Then go back to your TV again.

 

Are you using our new NOW TV App on your Samsung or do you have something else connected to it ?

What's the model number of the Samsung TV does it have the inbuilt nowtv app or are you using an external nowtv playback device (see link for supported devices).

it's a Samsung tv.. got free from sky lol. I'm not home at
no but will check. I'm using app on TV but made account via my mobile.. iPhone. thankz

I might be wrong, but i thought the free TV's  offered in the Sky promotion deal was LG ?

 

Anyway post back here the model of the TV when you get home.

I don't think your Samsung TV has the new nowtv app inbuilt into the Television ?

 

If that's the case you will need an external nowtv supported device from the list on the linked guide below.

ok thanx may keep trying but think tv a unsuitable. as now tv box comes on but only get as far as entering username and password, which it says " activeate your account" 😫😔
