Hi there, I just got an Entertainment memebership and whenever I try and download episodes it says that I need to get a memebership. when I click on it I am being told that I already have a memebership and the download gives me an error message. It happens both on ipad an iphone. I have deleated the app and re-installed and now it says 'unable to start playout'. What else can I try? How do I get a refund????
