Switch from BT broadband to nowtv fibre, supposed to go live by end of June. However, no internet after the switch, two openreach engineers come but still not fix the problem.
contact the live help every week and just said there is a delay ad wait for update for another week.
without internet for two months already, just use the mobile data for limited access.
Asked the online help if a broadband service can be restored before the fibre is fixed, but they just said cannot be arranged and no solution can be arranged, just said to wait for update from Openreach......
Anything can do to get the internet service? is it better to cancel the service and apply at other service provider?
