We received our new router a couple of weeks ago, plus the supplied micro filter. Our old filter / splitter used with BT internet had a fly lead for connection to the master socket. The new microfilter however doesn't have this, so the NOW microfilter does not physically fit in the BT master socket. In order to get broadband up and running, I used the old filter which works fine for broadband, however we have no land line whatsoever. I need a recommendation to solve this issue please.
