Anyone noticed today that things were unbelievably slow?
This morning I repeatedly got readings of less than 0.35 mbps down and 0.84 mbps up. Reset the router and things improved to 2mbps down and 5 up. This evening I`m getting 4.45mbps down and 7.07 up. No where near the 18.6 mbps guaranteed.
Is something occurring?
Can I assume you’ve had NOW broadband for a while and today is just a slow day?
Been with Now for a month or so and the speed has definitely decreased over the past few days.
Speeds (5 tests this morning) now down to 1.8mbps but has reached 3 and a 4 mbps with one test this morning reaching an almighty 6.9!!!!! Dismal!
Whilst the pc operates over WIFI I would still expect speeds in the teens is I an promised 18mbps. I certainly was with BT.
