i have had my now tv fibre for over 2 months now i am getting a maximum of 10mbps download speed i called a few weeks ago the person could not find any issues but about a day after i spoke on the phone,the broadband speed went up to about 30mbps but this only lasted a few days and has gone back down again.
there is definately no issues with my computer as i am able to connect to the bt hotspot with wifi and even the hotspot is nearly double the speed! and thats wireless aswell i am connected to my router by cat 6 cable

Guaranteed 51.7 Mbps

i am wondering if someone could help as my line shows no errors and i build computers for a living and the cables in my house are definately fine i found it strange how the speed went up for a while after speaking to the engineer
