Hi, I am a Super Fast Fibre subscriber but have just carried out a speed test (as it seems slow) and I am only getting a download speed of 11669 kbps. I am supposed to get a guaranteed minimum of 29mbps, what do i need to do to get an improved service? I have tried contacting nowtv but just seem to be stuck in a loop of testing connection/line speed without being able to actually contact anyone...
I have had the line for 3 years now.
