this is an issue that has been going on for weeks now. No move towards a solution from NowTV, nor even an acknowledgement of appology. I was expecting that kind of behaviour from talktalk, not this company. how wrong was I.
I have sent queries and a complaint. the latter remained unanswered so far.
THere are several threads on this issue . I gather if we were pulling out and cancelling enmasse we could have an impact
