"could not register the device" All registered devices have disappeared from my device list.

Good Evening,

 

This afternoon, I tried to watch a film on one of my registered devices and the message "could not register the device. maximum allied device changes exceeded." I then tested this on another device and was greeted with then same message.

When I have logged on to my account all of my devices have been removed and it is saying that I cannot add any devices until February 1st? 

 

I haven't removed or added any devices recently so I don't understand how my registered devices have been removed from the account or why I have been blocked from adding my devices back. 

I understand that you can only make three changes per calendar month but I haven't made any changes so I can't seem to comprehend how this how happen?

 

Is this a fault with NowTV? is there anyway I can fix this? I am currently relying on the kids tv to help distract my little one so I that I can try and work from home during this pandemic.
