pornhub blocking

Hello, 

Me and my partner have been discussing this, pornhub was blocked on our account yesterday, we started our membership with now tv broadband on Friday just gone, we have gone now found that it’s unblocked and neither of us have unblocked anything or touched our account, can someone explain why this is please ?

It is NOW broadband, Now TV is the old company name. Which was ditched last Spring. 

As for site blocking, I believe this is managed and should be managed under the 'broadband buddy'. From what I gather you can adjust to 18+, which in theory would unblock 99% of websites.
