Hello,
On the 23rd of June i ordered a now TV hub and a required engineer visit to install hub and landline. The Delivery is still in the 'Gettting ready' phase on the website and the engineer visit which was timed for this morning is yet to arrive either. I had assumed these might end up arriving together, however this does not seem to be the case either. Could someone please help me work out where my order is, which i have paid for, and how I can get it?
