I recently moved houses and was meant to have my account transferred and running from the 20th. I had an engineer on that day, then someone from openline fixed the problems outside as apparently the line wasn't working correctly. however , I still have no internet connection. When I login to my account it says "Your broadband and calls haven't gone live yet.", but when I try to track it, it shows my old activation in the previous house. Any ideas?
