no internet and phone problem

I am regularly having to switch off my hub to re-boot, so that I can have broadband, also there is crackling on my line when I make calls and I can hardly hear the other person on the line

You will need to get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team so they can test and check your line, where you may require a BT OpenReach Engineer called out to investigate this further which NowTV will take care of on your behalf.

 

To reach the Broadband Team, sign in on here with your NowTV Broadband account details, then open the link page below, then select the most appropriate Broadband category, then pick a Broadband help topic, then somewhere on screen a telephone number should appear to call.
