- no free view channels showing on Now TV

I have just subscribed to NOW Broadband and excpected to get the entertainment pass free channel on my TV. I dont seem to be able to get them. I can get some on my laptop. My WiFi is working well. The box is lime green. Can I get the 11 channels on my TV please ?

When you order the current NowTV Broadband deal offer with the free 6 months entertainment pass you should get a separate email with either a link or voucher code to apply to your account.

 

Have you received this email yet ?

 

There is no Freeview channels included where you get the 11 live NowTV channels, loads of boxsets and catchup stuff from the pass.

The black and green lime box you are referring to is the NowTV Hub which is purley a Router for access to the internet.

 

To watch NowTV with any of their passes you need a supported device which you need to provide yourself.
