no connection

I have not been able to connect to the internet for the l/ast 2 hours and the phone lines are offline until 8am so can't call customer service... Anybody else have the same issue?

You seem to be posting from several hours into the future.

Can you check what time your router thinks it is, as clock discrepancies are know to cause issues like this.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I suspect the OP actually posted at 00:24  on the 27th, the forum doesn't seem to know how to deal with posts in the first hour of the day.
