new to now tv unable to get kissanime cartoons

some time it works mainly at late night it just states timed out and on some other sites as come up as timed out  have the same problem so not just kissanime

Can I assume your talking about being a broadband customer and trying to watch content not on the NOW platform?

If so are you having the issues with Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

ethernet web pages outside uk some times they work other times they dont didnt have this problem until i went with now tv its now past 10pm and it works ? like there is a pg or 18 rating and doesn't allow you to connect until later at night weird

Not sure if that’s effected by the settings of the broadband buddy which can be switched to 18.

looked at that cheers still put it up to 18 but weird it would block basic cartoons they are more like pg thank you
