new customer/confused!!!!

Hi i placed an order for fibre broadband. Completed checkout and it told me my go live date was 4th Feb. But if keep getting emails telling me to complete my order. When I go to my accounts it says my order is done and now I do t know what is the true.

If your broadband order is being processed and you have a live date under My Account > Orders & Appointments then i would ignore it.

A few people have received these emails from nowtv about completing your order (here's one example thread linked below to have a read of).

It's either a email glitch or like somebody said a sales marketing ploy to buy a nowtv pass with your broadband & telephone order.
