major issues with connectivity - keeps going down - Not worth Paying for! Having to use my GiffGaff for internet!

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

The starting question here is :- when it goes down, do the lights on the router change, or do they stay the same?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I have had low speeds for over 100hrs. Now have been terrible, no solution just wasting my time calling them. Over 4hrs on the phone. I am done with now.

You have another 620 hours to go, or more if you didn’t inform Now at the start of the 100, if you want to get out of this with a whole coat 😢
