Very frustrating my line crackles so much I cant use it. the website says it may be the the microfilter but I cant speak to anyone to order one. I switched to Now from virgin as their helpline was very bad but Now's help seems even worse.
Id appreciate suggestions -and yes I have tried changing phones and pulling out the microfiler and reinstalling all the cables

Solved - I managed to find a phone number to speak to a human - and she solved the problem within 2 minutes - by discovering that the line to our house is bad and needs repair.
So full marks to the humans and zero marks to the website and the online chat.
I wonder when companies like Now will realise that people are often so much better than bad software.
