You need to ask your IT Department if they have blocked various non-work-related websites, to preserve company bandwidth for legitimate business use.
And/or prevented the downloading and installation of other than authorised business software, which Now may not qualify as.
Or maybe such enquiries would not be wise 😛
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
