incorrect speed

i have just joined Now for my broadband, and it went live yesterday. I signed for Super Fab Fibre, but im only getting download speeds of 30mbps instead of 60mpbs, will this automatically be corrected or is there an issue?

If after the first 10 days your speed still is poor, give the team a call using the number from my signature. 

 

Are you using Ethernet or Wi-fi when finding the reduced speed?

If it's Wi-fi you could split the signals between 2.4 and 5. Which might help.
